Accessibility Statement – Valorg

Accessibility Statement – Valorg (www.valorg.co)
At Valorg, we place the utmost importance on providing equal, accessible service to all
people, including individuals with disabilities. Accordingly, we work to make our website
and digital services accessible in accordance with the relevant legal requirements and
standards, including the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility
Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013, and the Israeli Standard IS 5568 for Web
Content Accessibility, based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Accessibility Principles
The site aims to comply with the principles of WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Perceivable, Operable,
Understandable, and Robust), including adjustments for digital documents according to IS
5568 Part 2, as far as possible and to the extent feasible.
Accessibility Actions Implemented on the Website
 Semantic page structure and hierarchical headings (H1–H6) for improved screen reader
navigation.
 Full keyboard navigation and logical focus order.
 Text/background contrast ratios meeting accessibility guidelines, with clear focus
indication.
 Alternative text (Alt) for images, and decorative content marked as such.
 Accessible names/roles/states for interactive components (ARIA where appropriate).
 Descriptive link texts (avoiding generic 'click here').
 Forms with labels, error explanations, and feedback to the user.
 Option to pause animations/moving elements that are non-essential.
 Consistent use of interface components and menus.
 Accessibility adjustments for new digital documents (PDF/Office); gradual adaptation of
legacy files.
Supported Technologies
The website is supported on modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on up-to-date
operating systems, and in combination with commonly used assistive technologies
(NVDA/JAWS/VoiceOver) as much as possible. Some differences may occur depending on
user settings, browser configurations, and add-ons.
Accessibility Status
As of August 19, 2025, most of the website's pages substantially comply with WCAG 2.1
Level AA. Nevertheless, we continue in our ongoing efforts to improve accessibility and
address any gaps that may remain.
Known Accessibility Limitations / Exceptions Older PDF documents uploaded in the past – currently being adapted or replaced with
accessible versions.
 Third-party content (e.g., external plug-ins/maps/embedded widgets) – limited control;
we aim to provide alternatives where possible.
 Video/multimedia content requiring captions/audio descriptions – currently in
mapping and gradual completion.
If you encounter a specific issue, we would appreciate your feedback so we can address it.
Testing Methods
Testing has been conducted using a combination of manual checks, user testing, and
recognized automated tools for detecting accessibility issues. A list of recommended
accessibility testing tools is available on the W3C website.
